1 With or without tour guide service?
Most drivers can not speak English. For easy transfer, you can choose our transfer with a tour guide.If you select from our transfer to the airport without a guide. In this case, your driver will be holding a piece of paper with your name you at the exit hall instead of your guide.
2.How is your vehicles?
We use air conditioned vehicles and good shape. All vehicles are equipped with air conditioning. Our vehicles are always clean, tidy, odor-free and undamaged can carry standard luggage; Our driver will be not refueled while in transit.
1-2 Traveler: We offer cars
3-5 Traveler: We offer vans
6-15 Traveler: We offer 22-seat coach
16-25 Traveler: We offer 33-seat coach
26-45 Traveler: We offer 55-seat coach
3.How about the driver?
All drivers have official driver licenses with the experience of at least three more years. All drivers will choose the fastest route to have the rules of the local traffic, well dressed, are familiar with the region not to smoke, eat and drink in the presence of passengers.
4. Heavy luggage checked
If you are heavy or extra large luggage, please inform us in advance to arrange a suitable vehicle for your party.
5. Sooner or transfer from the airport end
If your flight from Beijing before 7:00 or after 11:00 clock and arriving in Beijing before 7:00 after 11:00 clock, $ 10 surcharge will be added to each trip in the car.
6. Do I have to tip my driver or tour guide?
Tipping is not mandatory, but the registration is expected by the driver field guides. Tipping standard for airport transfer is down just for your referance:
Tour Guide: RMB 40 per car
Driver: RMB 30 per car
7th How to book your airport transfer service?
a. Please use our online booking or send your request via e-mail sent to bjf@beijingfeeling.com.
b. Our real trip advisors will contact you by email or by phone. We offer a person a real contact. If your booking is confirmed you will receive a confirmation e-mail that the transfer will include confirmed with detailed price.
C. Payment:
Prepayment required to confirm your reservation. The cash payment, payment by credit card or bank transfer. Both RMB and U.S. $ or other hard currency are acceptable.
